Trump To Kim: My Nuclear Button Is Bigger & It Actually Works

WASHINGTON, D.C. – During Kim Jong Un’s New Year’s address to the starving and brainwashed North Korean people, he boasted that the United States cannot threaten him now that he has completed the Hermit Kingdom’s nuclear forces and has had a ‘nuclear button’ installed on his desk.

In response, President Donald Trump informed the ‘Rocket Man’, via Twitter, of course, that the U.S. Commander-in-Chief also has a button for that, except his is ‘much more powerful’ and actually works.

Perhaps not the most eloquent response for the Leader of the Free World, but is this not the exact kind of blunt talk that endeared voters to candidate Donald Trump in the first place?

Stuffy, Establishment folks will say that Trump shouldn’t treat the issue of nuclear war so flippantly. Media will lament his use of Twitter to bypass them and speak directly to whoever will listen.

No matter. Trump will continue in his style and, despite the whining and worry, America will likely be better off for it. In the rough-and-tumble world of geopolitics – especially when dealing with murderous, communist dictators – tough talk backed up perceived resoluteness, even when politically incorrect, will achieve a more appropriate response from our enemies than that of appeasement.

Kim has commonly referred to the U.S. as deserving of nuclear bloodbaths. Intelligence analysts have surmised that, though he may be rational, as opposed to insane, he is also deluded about the actual military might of America and what would happen to him and his regime if there were ever to be an armed conflict between the two countries.

Trump is actually doing Kim, and the rest of us, a favor my letting the ‘Fat Boy’ know just how badly he is underestimating the United States. The bellicosity of Kim may just be diminished if he, and especially his allies like China, understand that America is willing to stand up for itself and her allies and she have more than enough firepower to defeat any enemy.
