NC Gun Rights Giving Away AR-15 For Christmas

NC Gun Rights, a grassroots political action committee dedicated to defending and advancing the right of North Carolina citizens to own and use firearms, is set to giveaway a brand new AR-15 right before Christmas.

In emails to supporters announcing the giveaway, the group pushed their message of unwavering support for the right to keep and bear arms, while advocating for Constitutional Carry legislation.

“Donald Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton on November 8 shocked the political class  — and sent shivers down the spines of gun grabbers nationwide. But now is not the time for celebration or rest,” a December 13th email reads.

“Instead, you and I must use the momentum to go on the offensive and mobilize gun owners across North Carolina to turn up the heat on the political class in Raleigh to fully restore our God-given right to keep and bear arms by passing Constitutional Carry.”

According to the group, advancing the Constitutional Carry legislation would allow North Carolinians to carry a firearm to protect themselves and their families without jumping through bureaucratic hoops and hurdles.

“If you believe, as we do here at NC Gun Rights, that the Second Amendment is your gun permit — period, end of story, no questions asked — we’d be honored to have you as part of our team,” another email from December 15th declared.

The email went on to say, “For years, politicians have paid nothing but lip service to our gun rights. Most politicians — in both political parties — will tell you they’re pro-gun while out on the campaign trail… Of course, these same politicians then go to Raleigh and sell out our gun rights by cutting so-called “deals” with the establishment leadership. We’ve had enough. And believe it’s time to hold these politicians accountable for their promises made on the campaign trail.”

The AR-15 giveaway has fueled NC Gun Rights meteoric rise, as the group has gone from launching just a few weeks ago to building one of the largest networks of gun rights supporters in North Carolina.
