Woke Mobs Exploit Breonna Taylor [False] Narrative to Riot in NC, Vandalize Dozens of Businesses

DURHAM – When a grand jury decided the facts of the infamous Breonna Taylor case did not justify to bringing murder charges, mobs descended upon cities across the nation, including self-described anarchists North Carolina, to riot and, in once case, shoot police officers.

Facts do not matter. Reasoned, measured justice does not matter. The only thing that matters is Mob Justice and using manufactured narratives to achieve radical ends when comes to the Woke Warriors that took to the streets Wednesday night.

In Bull City, a self-described group of anarchists smashed the windows of at least 40 businesses in downtown Durham. From ABC11:

A Twitter group, DurhamBurn, released a flyer shortly after the decision against fired officer Brett Hankison. The flyer reads in part, “JUSTICE FOR BREONNA TAYLOR | NO GOOD COPS – NO BAD PROTESTORS – NO MEGAPHONES” […]

Durham police told ABC11 there were 13 confirmed vandalism reports overnight. Windows at police headquarters had “revenge” and “burn it down” messages spraypainted on them. Several businesses had shattered windows and trash cans were scattered across some streets.

So far, no charges have been filed.

Our breaking news crew says somewhere around 50 people showed up to the march. One self-described group of anarchists involved, called the Underground Resistance Network threw rocks and spray-painted buildings.

The group of vandals, as has been case ever since the first bout of riots in June, are made up of mostly white youth, up to their eyeballs in, either, Woke Marxian revolution rhetoric or pure anarchy. Their intent is sowing chaos and destruction.

Notably, some black leaders in Durham disavowed these radical groups, accusing them of exploiting and using the black community to advance their extreme agenda.

But the lines between groups like that, and Black Lives Matter, are extremely fuzzy. BLM was founded by Marxists, though they’ve removed the most egregious language from their website, and the tactical approach involves just as much mob justice, wanton destruction, intimidation, and violence.

We saw evidence of such last night in Asheville, where the Woke were raging on behalf of Breonna Taylor. Though they are out in the middle of street, shouting and making a scene, they do not like being filmed by ‘outsiders.’ Their response to some reporters is to surround, bully, and, in some cases, assault them.

That’s what happened to Chad Nesbitt Wednesday night in Asheville as he attempted to document the fools, useful idiots, and agitators.

Nesbitt, a high profile Republican in Buncombe County, was knocked down and knocked out when his security was shoved while trying to clear space from a Mob threatening violence against them.

And if you’re wondering if Democratic leaders can discourage the Woke Warriors from seeking violent mob justice any time they sense an opportunity to exploit, think again.

That’s the East Carolina University chapter of Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA). There are YDSA chapters at nearly every college campus across our state, and they are hopelessly Woke. They’re also telling us loud and clear that they care nothing for actual justice, for reasonable debate, or even the idea of individual liberty itself.

Breonna Taylor may be the name on the lips of these “protesters” this week, but the story is the same we’ve been witnessing for the last several months.
