RALEIGH – Governor Roy Cooper called for an early COVID update after a weekend that saw ‘record cases‘ across North Carolina. He goes live at 2:00 PM in what is expected to be a ratcheting tighter of COVID restrictions. Already Cooper lowered the maximum indoor gathering limit to 10, from 25, and his administration has breathlessly admonished people against Thanksgiving celebrations.
