While Nation Concentrates on Corona, Congress Passing Bills to Spy on Americans

WASHINGTON, D.C. – While it makes sense that normal business must continue while the country and world deal with the threats of COVID-19, it doesn’t mean we as voters should stop paying attention to what the other hand of congress is doing. Corona virus relief bills on one hand, sinister re-authorization of the FISA courts and the Patriot Act on the other.

The FISA courts were the ones abused to spy on candidate, and then President Donald Trump. The Patriot Act is the Orwellian-named measure passed after 9/11 that enables and empowers the federal government to spy on its own citizens.

Many Republican Senators want me to Veto the FISA Bill until we find out what led to, and happened with, the illegal attempted “coup” of the duly elected President of the United States, and others!

Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY), even though he was outnumbered in the House, has not taken his eye off the ball when it comes to these core issues of liberty.

Many Republican house members would like to see a veto too!
