WATCH: On SCOTUS Vacancy Question, Democrats Get Owned by….Themselves from 2016

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away, and suddenly there’s another controversy on our hands. Immediately the conjecture began: Does the President and Senate fill the seat before the election? What about Merrick Garland? Or do they fill it after the election, but before January?  What about the precedent?

A quick look around Washington, D.C. will reveal that just about everyone in our nation’s capital is a hypocrite of one form or another, but the Democrats crying over the prospect of a Republican president and a Republican senate majority nominating and confirming a new justice to fill a vacancy in an election year is easily the most pronounced case of hypocrisy we’ve had in a while.

Don’t take it from us; take it from….the Democrats of 2016.
