RALEIGH – Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson delivered yet another powerful speech Wednesday, honoring veterans for their sacrifice and service at an event held outside the N.C. General Assembly.
Himself a military veteran, Robinson spoke of the awe in which he viewed heroes in uniform as a young child, which led him to service, reflecting, “I still remember the first time I saw a man, who looked like me, wearing a Marine Corps uniform; it was an inspiring moment.”
