Governor Roy Cooper will deliver North Carolina’s annual State of the State address tonight at 7:00 PM EST. Carolina Journal will be streaming Cooper’s address live and Lt. Governor Mark Robinson’s response.
Cooper will speak to state lawmakers in the N.C. House of Representatives chamber Monday night. In addition to streaming the video, Carolina Journal will provide live updates.
