CELEBRATE EVERY LIFE: NC Lawmakers Introduce ‘Human Life Non-Discrimination Act,’ Barring Selective Abortions Based on Race, Gender, or Genetics

RALEIGH – The calls to protect all races and genders from discrimination is at a fever pitch on the Left. Naturally, then, they should be enthused by the recently filed ‘Human Life Non-Discrimination Act/No Eugenics,’ or House Bill 453, sponsored by N.C. Rep. Pat McElraft (R-Carteret).

Yet, because this bill seeks to protect the unborn, that enthusiasm isn’t likely to manifest. This legislation would bar gender-selective, race-selective, or genetic-selective abortions in North Carolina.
