CHARLOTTE – Of all the creature comforts Americans miss, active and raucous sports competitions are high on that list. Yet, it’s deeper than just having a game to watch. The empty stadiums are surrounded by empty office buildings and empty restaurants and too many that are beginning to feel empty at our uncertain prospects.
The Carolina Panthers organization, still in their traditional off-season, wants to make sure those sparks are not extinguished while we persist through the fear and uncertainty of a pandemic. ‘Together, we’ll come back stronger’ legendary Carolina player Julius Peppers says as he narrates the video.
During perhaps the toughest period, with everyone getting restless and the sickness and suffering around the country splashing the headlines, the Carolina Panthers tap into our shared fanhood for the human spirit.
