RALEIGH – We literally published a piece on ‘Bold Progressive’ Wake County Attorney Eva Lee and her platform in challenging incumbent U.S. Senator Thom Tillis Friday afternoon, only to have Lee declare via Twitter that she has now SWITCHED races.
Seriously. The social justice warrior inspired by the ridiculous rhetoric of Rev.William Barber is now running for N.C. Commissioner of Labor. She is also endorsing N.C. State Senator Erica Smith in her bid to displace Tillis.

The labor position is still a statewide race, and Lee will face an even longer tenured Republican incumbent, Cherie Berry. Berry has been the ‘elevator lady’ since her election in 2000, having served in the N.C. House in for multiple terms.
With any luck, Lee will not change her race again before this goes to publication.
