Trump: Memo-gate A ‘Disgrace’

WASHINGTON, D.C. – With the imminent release of the memo to public scrutiny anticipation is high and the level of follow through on Republican claims make all the political difference int he world.

Accounts of the content of the memo leaking out on Friday are devastating to the FBI’s credibility and paint a picture of serious violations of law and manufactured, unconstitutional, political investigations for the purpose of burying a presidential candidate, turned president-elect, turned President of the United States.

Trump, turning the memo back to the House committee for release, said the implications of the memo are a ‘disgrace’.

“President Donald Trump said on Friday the contents of a controversial Republican memo tell a disgraceful story and that “a lot of people should be ashamed.”

Trump told reporters during an Oval Office event that he had approved the release of the memo and sent it back to Congress, where it is expected to be released.

“I think it’s terrible, if you want to know the truth,” Trump said when asked about the contents of the memo. “I think it’s a disgrace what’s going on in this country… A lot of people should be ashamed of themselves, and much worse than that.”“

Thursday, some called for current FBI Director Wray – hand picked by the Trump administration – to be prepared to resign over the memo.

Beyond just the memo, Americans have a right to see the sources/source material of the memo as well.The president has the power to unclassify redacted source document in order to further document the alleged abuse.

Time will tell if it all lives up to the hype, but the fallout of the worst assertions coming true would be wide ranging in scope and time.
