WASHINGTON, D.C. – Well, after falling completely flat with the first round of House Impeachment hearings, Democrats are now moving to Act II of The Big Impeachment Show in the House Judiciary Committee this week, as Rep. Adam Schiff (D-C) hands to megaphone off to Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY). Hearings Wednesday feature testimony from legal scholars as Democrats try to spin an impeachment case out of pure partisan opinion.
Will the second act have more impact than the first? Not likely. It still sports the same predictable plot, woeful lack of substance, and utterly off-putting theme. Yet, watching the Democrats once again fall on their face in a desperate attempt to oust a political opponent may prove a crowd pleaser for those Americans that properly understand The Big Impeachment Show for the farce that it is.
