So Woke: Carolina Hurricanes Hockey Team (They/Them) Wants You to Use Preferred Pronouns, ‘Respect and Accept ALL Identities’

RALEIGH – Is there not a single place to escape the Woke Cultural Revolution forcing identity politics and critical theories down our throats at every opportunity? You might think the rough and tumble ice rinks of professional hockey teams would be less interest in the Woke, and more interested in playing hockey for the paying fans — but you’d be wrong.

The Carolina Hurricanes NHL franchise in Raleigh, much like the rest of corporate America, has jumped on the long black train of identity politics and cultural conformity with a tweet encouraging followers to respect people’s preferred pronouns.
