Senate Republicans Want Clarification From Cooper On Worship Restrictions

RALEIGH – Senate Leader Phil Berger (R-Rockingham) and the N.C. Senate Republican Caucus wrote a letter to Governor Roy Cooper asking for clarification regarding citizens ability to attend worship services.

Now that we’ve entered the misguided reopening strategy, the senators relay that worshipers want to know if they can exercise their First Amendment rights without fear of criminal penalties.
