RNC 2020 Charlotte: Speakers List Includes Madison Cawthorn, Clarence Henderson, Other North Carolinians

CHARLOTTE – A list of speakers at the RNC 2020 convention was released over the weekend, with President Donald Trump expected to address Republicans multiple times before officially accepting the nomination on Thursday. Beyond the president, much interest exists in some of the key speeches to be delivered at the convention, as any one of them could very well rise to capture the attention of America this week.

Included on the initial list of speakers is Republican congressional candidate for NC-11, Madison Cawthorn, who will likely become the youngest member if congress after winning in November. Cawthorn is set to speak on Wednesday.

Also on Wednesday will be civil rights icon Clarence Henderson; who was part of the core group who instigated desegregation with the famous Woolworth’s lunch counter sit-ins in Greensboro that spread across the country. As the scourge of Marxian uprisings seek to define the issue of race in the United States, Henderson’s perspective offers a narrative more grounded in truth and American principles of liberty and equality.

Lara Trump, the president’s daughter-in-law and North Carolina native, is also speaking on Wednesday.
