NC-09 – Dan Bishop has already been graced with fundraising help from Vice President Mike Pence and the Second Lady Karen Pence as he battles a well-funded Democrat in the competitive 9th Congressional District special election, but now he stands to get a full booster of MAGA. President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that he’d be coming to North Carolina to help put Bishop over the top.

As per usual, the president succinctly slammed Bishop’s opponent (Wrong Dan) as another brick in the wall of the Leftist Squad.
Polling of the special election shows a close race, and low expected turnout for the off-date election means any injection of enthusiasm by President Trump could make the difference in the final result. Early voting started on Wednesday, and election day is September 10.
