Prayer March 2020 on Saturday

WASHINGTON, D.C. – It’s hard to count all the things that deserve our prayerful attention in 2020. In these tense and tenuous times, the Prayer March 2020 offers a respite from the tumult and an opportunity for believers to come together in peace pray for this nation.

Franklin Graham, leader of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and a North Carolina native, says it is the most important thing we can do.

“America is in trouble. Our communities are hurting, our people are divided, and there’s fear and uncertainty all around us. Let’s join together and do the most important thing: pray!” – Franklin Graham

The event, which usually draws thousands to march and pray in our nation’s capital, is this year advising attendees to honor social distancing and wear masks in light of the Pandemic Panic.

It runs from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM on Saturday, beginning at the Lincoln Memorial and marching 1.8 miles, around the Washington Monument, and to the U.S. Capitol.

If you would like to participate, but cannot make it to D.C., there is a live stream of the march available here, starting at 12:00 PM Saturday. The stream will be hosted by Mike Huckabee & Cissie Graham Lynch, as the march commences and through out the event.
