NUTS&BOLTS: NC Senate Leader Phil Berger Picks Chief of Staff

NC General Assembly Senate chamber

RALEIGH – The caucus posts and personnel changes are in full swing over at the N.C. General Assembly. Senate Leader Phil Berger (R-Rockingham), to be joined by the chamber’s first ever woman Majority Leader in Senator Kathy Harrington, has announced that he’s elevating his general counsel, Brian Fork, to be his chief of staff for the new session.

As chief of staff for one of the state’s most powerful lawmakers, and another session of inter-branch battles in state government, Fork will be instrumental behind the scenes in  helping direct the flow of what we hope will be conservative political victories against the inevitable manufactured outrage of the Roy Cooper and the Left/Media.
