Newly Reborn Lindsey Graham: ‘I Will Do Everything In My Power To Confirm Trump Nominee William Barr As Attorney General’

After the death of John McCain, Senator Lindsey Graham has mysteriously undergone a major rebirth, seemingly transforming overnight from one of the Swamp’s worst offenders into one of the most fierce fighters Republicans currently have in Washington.

Senator Graham led the charge against the far-left and mainstream media to confirm President Donald Trump’s second Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, despite the left’s attempt to destroy the newest member of the nation’s highest court with numerous false allegations and slander.

This new version of Lindsey Graham appeared once again on Friday, as Graham praised President Donald Trump’s nomination of William Barr for Attorney General, and vowed to do everything in his power to confirm the Trump nominee.

On Friday, President Trump confirmed that Barr would, in fact, be his choice to replace outgoing Attorney General Jeff Sessions, ending weeks of speculation.

“He was my first choice since day one,” The President said.

Graham took to Twitter to heap praise upon the President’s decision saying, “President Trump made an outstanding decision in nominating William Barr to serve as the next Attorney General.”

Barr, who served as Attorney General from 1991-1993 under former President George H.W. Bush, is a “highly capable, highly respected and will provide new and much-needed leadership for the Department of Justice,” Graham continued.

“Having previously served as Attorney General under President George H.W. Bush, Mr. Barr is a known quantity, a man of the highest integrity and character, and has an impeccable reputation,” Graham continued. “He will provide a strong and steady hand to the fine men and women at the Department of Justice.”

Graham concluded his thread on the issue by declaring, “I will do everything in my power to push him through the Senate Judiciary Committee and onto the floor of the Senate for eventual confirmation as soon as possible. Well done Mr. President.”

Whatever has ultimately led to this transformation for Graham, Republicans everywhere should be thankful to have another fighter in Congress to go along with the likes of North Carolina Congressman Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, Congressman-elect Denver Riggleman, and Senators like Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, and Mike Lee.

Hopefully, we will be seeing much, much more of this version of Lindsey Graham.
