NCFIRE August Report: 22 Illegal Aliens Charged with 107 Separate Acts of Child Rape/Child Sexual Assault, and Leftist Media Hides Their Immigration Status

RALEIGH – The month of August saw dozens more alleged rapes and sexual assaults of children by illegal aliens residing in North Carolina. The monthly report from North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE) counts 22 illegal aliens who were charged with 107 acts of child rape and sexual assault.

The exploitation of minors is certainly not monopolized by those who’ve sneaked into the country — there are, tragically, far too many sick people of all statuses committing such heinous acts — but the simple fact is that said individuals could not commit such crimes on North Carolina, if they weren’t in North Carolina.

One of the cases demonstrates just how sick the crimes can be, and the how Left-leaning media purposely leaves out the immigration status of their reporting.

WRAL, of course, is one of those Left-leaning news sources:

NCFIRE confirmed that “Harnett County Man,” aka Ivan Valez, is an illegal alien that should not be here. What did he do to earn a $3 million bond? He is charged with three counts of statutory rape, and three counts of sexual exploitation of a ONE YEAR OLD.

He was caught because a division of Department of Homeland Security focused on detecting child exploitation, tipped off the sheriffs department about of potentially exploitative material being shared and downloaded from electronic devices.

But among the 22 illegal aliens charged with these awful crimes, “Harnett County Man” didn’t even have the highest bond. That honor is reserved for “Raleigh Man,” according to WRAL (again):

Yes, “Raleigh Man,” aka Ceasar Augusto Arenas, is also an illegal alien; something WRAL could easily confirm, but decides to obscure his illegal status instead because it doesn’t fit with the politics of the owners of Capitol Broadcasting Company (parent company of WRAL.)

So what did heinous act is illegal alien “Raleigh Man” accused of? He is charged with first degree rape of a child of 12 years old, among other charges, after the alleged victim accused “Raleigh Man” of multiple sexual offenses over a three year period.

A majority of Wake County voters, mind you, are foolish enough to have elected a sheriff that boastfully suspended cooperation agreements with federal immigration authorities like ICE. That means, if “Raleigh Man” was arrested previously, and ICE asked the sheriff to detain him so they could process him for deportation, the Sheriff Gerald Baker refuses….and allows them to bail/bond out.

Thank goodness this bond was so high; had it been lower, it’s very likely he’d be out in the community.

These are two of 22 illegal aliens. In the month of August.

What’s it going to take for the N.C. General Assembly to pass legislation to ensure the enforcement of immigration laws and reforms to disincentivize residing in our communities illegally?
