NC Supreme Court Race: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

RALEIGH – The Democrats are attempting to pull a fast one on the voters of North Carolina in the lone race for the state supreme court in 2018. Justice Barbara Jackson, having been on the bench for eight years racking up conservative opinions, was all set to face off with Radical Leftist Anita Earls whose only experience in the social justice sphere.

But right before the filing deadline, a curious candidate swooped in to run as a Republican. Even though he has been a Democrat his entire career. Even though his stated positions would have him voting with Democrats on the bench.

Don’t worry though, because this late filing Republican foil said, explicitly, that this is not a trick by the Democrats and that he is definitely not a Democratic plant….
