KNEE-JERK: NC Congressman ZINGS Ilhan Omar, Gets Smeared as Racist

WASHINGTON, D.C. – North Carolina Congressman Greg Murphy (R-3rd) is catching flak for a brutal, and logically accurate, response to a gun control quip made by extremist Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

Omar is infamous among conservatives as a member of the Woke ‘Squad’ that form the leading edge of Leftist lunacy on Capitol Hill. The congresswoman from Minnesota, who may have married her own brother to thwart immigration laws, is a Somali immigrant.

She is also a Muslim, notable especially in context of controversial comments she made downplaying the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history as merely “some people did something” — while speaking a 9/11 memorial service!

No stranger to making stupid comments void of logic, Omar piped up a few days ago to make a cheap pitch for gun control in response to the attack on the Capitol. No, not THAT attack. While the regrettable chaos of January 6 was magnified exponentially in order to smear all Republicans as dangerous terrorists deserving of exile; this attack didn’t fit their narrative so well as it was perpetrated by a black Muslim follower of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. Problematic to say the least. So, what to do? Activate gun control cliches, of course.

A genius observation by Omar’s standards.

Well, in response to this elementary logic, Congressman Murphy simply reapplied it the weapon of choice one of Omar’s most famous faux pas — that time ‘some people did something.’

Savage.

Murphy’s hypothetical is just as logically valid as Omar’s, ties in her previous idiotic statements and excusing the radicalism itself as the motive force of the violence (just like last week’s attack), and hits hard enough to sting in its demonstration of how dumb Omar’s original tweet is.

For his quick wit and cutting mockery, Murphy was swiftly labeled Islamophobic by Leftists and those in the business of advancing and sanitizing Radical Islamists.

Murphy reports that the focus on race is absurd, if expected, as the target was clearly the straw-man gun control narrative being spun by those salivating over burying the Second Amendment.

You know what they say: if you’re catching flak, you must be over the target.
