Both of North Carolina’s U.S. senators, Thom Tillis and Richard Burr, are holding a telephone town hall Tuesday afternoon to answer questions from constituents.
“We’ll have a conversation with North Carolinians about important issues facing our state and country,” Tillis posted on Facebook.
The invitation says the 5:30 p.m. start time could be delayed depending on the Senate’s schedule Tuesday. Anyone who wants to participate should go online to a link that will become active when the event begins.
Participants who want to submit questions in advance should post them on Tillis’ Facebook page or send them through his Senate website, spokesman Daniel Keylin said.
