RALEIGH – The campaign of Republican Dan Forest is out with a new digital ad featuring the lieutenant governor’s comments on the utter lawlessness that Governor Roy Cooper has allowed to take over. Cooper has let the mob rule, Forest exclaims, and if clear boundaries for law and order are not restored, God knows what happens next.
