RALEIGH – A new wrinkle in the Left’s narrative, caused by the recent and resolute uproar against Woke indoctrination in our public school systems, is to claim that it’s not really happening.
Don’t believe your lying eyes.
Of course, it’s nonsense, but that is par for the course. At the same time that Lefties were scrambling to retort ‘Not Uhn!,’ and obfuscate with semantics about Woke dogma being peddled in North Carolina schools; a current star in the Woke World of Anti-Racist education consultants was counting his money after the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education paid him $25,000 to give a 45-min virtual presentation at the district’s summer retreat.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education paid Ibram X. Kendi $25,000 to speak at their Summer Leadership Conference last week – June 16th 2021.

Is there a doubt in your mind that some of those that soaked up this $33K+ an hour presentation will turn right back around and A) deny that this garbage is overly inappropriately influencing public schools, and B) Complain that teachers don’t get paid enough because of those mean Republicans in Raleigh?
The dissonance is not lost on one of those ‘meanies’ in Raleigh:
Kendi has a lot of thoughts through the CRT lens. Here’s one:
“Capitalism is essentially racist; racism is essentially capitalist…they shall one day die together from unnatural causes.”
This is who CMS chose as their keynote leadership conference speaker. #ncpol
