Donald Trump Jr Headlines Fundraiser in Bladenboro, Local Newspaper Upset Not Invited

BLADENBORO – Donald Trump Jr., President Trump’s oldest son and a favorite surrogate among Trump supporters, headlined a fundraiser in Bladen County on Wednesday. The GOP event also featured Congressman Dan Bishop (R-NC), who represents part of the county as representative of the 9th District, as well as several other state lawmakers from the area.

The event was hosted by Allen Brothers Outdoors and Don Jr made the case for Keeping America Great as passionately as he always does.

Though the Bladen Journal may have been a little miffed that they didn’t get an invite:

Just like in 2016, relatively rural places like Bladenboro, and smaller communities across North Carolina will be critical in turning out voters to reelect President Trump. And just like 2016, it looks like the Trump campaign will return the love to those communities with frequent campaign events that fall a little farther off the beaten path than most national political campaigns are used to.
