NC 9th CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT – There are a bevy of laws regulating just where and when you can campaign for your favored candidate. Polling sites themselves are placed in a ‘bubble’ of sorts that prevents voters getting hounded by activists within a certain proximity of the ballot box.
