Cooper’s Amendments Challenge Secures Supreme Consideration

RALEIGH – It looks like the N.C. Supreme Court will convene a three-judge panel to consider the (non-existent) merits of Gov. Roy Cooper’s and other Leftist Activists’ legal challenges to allowing voters to weigh in on several constitutional amendments this November.


They would have already started printing ballots were it not for these frivolous court cases,. Instead hearings will be held on the morning of August 17 at the N.C. Supreme Court.

How many times in the past two years have Democrats made holding elections considerably more difficult via court cases simply because they cannot accept the reality of Republican majorities acting upon their broad mandate in the legislature?
