Cooper & Cohen Urge EVEN HARSHER Penalties on COVID Orders, Beg Locals to Enforce Compliance

RALEIGH – Do you hear that sound? That’s the ratcheting of COVID restrictions tighter and tighter, and the whipping for resistance becoming harsher.

Upon the onset of the latest executive order ‘modifications,’ Governor Roy Cooper, NC Health Czar Dr. Many Cohen, and Secretary of Public Safety Eric Hooks wrote a letter urging local authorities to enact even harsher penalties for citizens subjects that dare to violate the mask mandates, gathering restrictions, and curfews issued from on high atop Blount Street.

From the governor’s website:

They are practically begging the cities and towns to fine and arrest people for violating his orders.

Just to be clear, not wearing a mask in your own home with a unmasked guest is a violation; having more than 10 people over for Christmas dinner is a violation; being out of your house after 10:00 PM for an unapproved reason is a violation. These are the orders that Cooper is imploring locals to enforce with civil penalties and arrests.

All without a lick of supporting evidence that these measures even affect the spread of the virus in any meaningful way whatsoever.

Merry Christmas, from Cooper & Company.
