CABARRUS COUNTY – If you, or anyone you know, voted this morning at Hickory Ridge Middle School in Cabarrus County, and you want to ensure Republicans hold the N.C. House of Representatives, you might want to plan a return trip to check the status of your ballot.
An issue affecting the N.C. House race has spurred the local Board of Elections to call about 50 voters back to cast another provisional ballot. The issue? The ballots were missing the race for the N.C. House.
#Cabarrus voters: We are working to resolve a ballot issue that affects 50 voters (we have exact names). If you voted at Hickory Ridge Middle in Harrisburg between 6:30 and 7:26 a.m., your ballot did not include the 83rd District NC House race. #CabCoVotes pic.twitter.com/f93bAkXRv3
