Burr Backed Judge Making Mockery of Bench in NCGA Cases, Blocking Trump Nominees?

RALEIGH – With all of the recent court activity in North Carolina between the Republican legislature and assorted Leftist opponents, the judge(s) presiding over the case are of utmost importance. That is clear in the federal court panel ordering new congressional maps due to partisan gerrymandering, as the two judges appointed by Democratic presidents ruled against the Republicans lawmakers.

One of those judges is James Flynn, and it turns out that one of his biggest cheerleaders for confirmation was none other than Sen.Richard Burr (R-NC).

So Burr was extremely pleased with Wynn, who is zealously aiding Democrats from the bench, but is also apparently holding up conservative judicial nominees nominated by President Trump.

“Judge Boyle is interminably trapped in confirmation purgatory. You may know the name Rod Rosenstein — from the on-going Russia collusion debacle. Current judicial nominee Tom Farr of Raleigh can’t get a floor vote on his nomination.

Did you know the Senate has a rule that, if one senator from a state where a nominee will represent or preside over has a problem with said nominee, there will be no floor vote. If both agree, then there will be a floor vote. Burr had an excuse when he was with Kay Hagan. Thilli$$$ has been with him for FOUR YEARS now.

I wonder which one of our RINOs in the upper chamber has the beef with Boyle or Farr (two stellar conservative jurists). Neither Boyle nor Farr can seem to get a floor vote. But James Wynn can.”

So when conservatives spit out their morning coffee every other time a judge makes a nakedly partisan decision, we can give at least some credit to Sen. Richard Burr for it.
