WASHINGTON, D.C. – There’s nothing like extraordinary circumstances to reveal just how arbitrary government regulations are. As soon as scarcity trouble is on the horizon, a state of emergency is declared, to address the scarcity by…removing the the government rules that restrict supply.
That’s the idea behind the Environmental Protection Agency issuing waivers to states suffering a supply scare related to the Colonial Pipeline shutdown.
