WASHINGTON, D.C. – After several years on the back burner, man-made climate change hysteria seems to be back in full swing these days. Never mind that there are plenty of reasons to be skeptical of the “science” itself and especially the push for Big Government regulations, because now Republicans are coming out of the woodwork to get in on the ruse.
If you tell a lie big enough, often enough, people will believe it. One of the more easily duped politicians is our very own Sen. Thom Tillis (RINO-NC).
The 4th National Climate Assessment report serves as a glaring reminder of the long-term risks of climate change. Both parties need to work together to deploy an innovative, market-driven strategy to combat the impacts of climate change.

What would those “market-driven” strategies be? Protecting free markets and thus, individual rights, is the only strategy that would lead to “market-driven” solutions. However, that is certainly not what Tillis and others are referring to when the appeal to bipartisan solutions. Instead, they mean that politicians need to pass laws and regulations that curb behavior, tax production, and rule nearly every facet of our lives in order to (ineffectually) combat a non-existent threat perpetuated by Big Government cronies and crackpot environmentalists.
So, when lawmakers on both sides of the aisle start talking about government solutions to climate change, ask yourself what that really means for you and your livelihood. Chances are it is a negative for your wallet with no positives ever to be realized.
Still, this train will keep rolling down the tracks fueled by more and more people buying into the delusion until honest skeptics are regarded as Flat Earthers that must be punished for their disloyalty to the cause of Big Green Government.
