RALEIGH – The 2022 Senate race in North Carolina isn’t just heating up; it’s already hot.

As evidence of that, former Congressman Mark Walker is serving up some heat to former Governor Pat McCrory after reports of a scheme to split Walker’s base with Budd effectively enough to ensure the former Charlotte mayor a Republican primary victory.

With taking back the Senate majority hinging on our success in North Carolina, why would we gamble on Pat McCrory – a career politician who has lost more statewide races than he’s won?
