Because…voting by mail is so important that it cannot be hindered in anyway, or even appear to be hindered by two bit conspiracy theories, lest people have to stand around in crowded lines to vote in person during early voting or on election day.
No, we certainly can’t have people standing around in crowded places. That’d be far too dangerous.
