WASHINGTON, D.C. – The desperate Democrats have reached their Trump-hating climax in finally filing the Articles of Impeachment they’ve thirsted for since before the election. After three and a half years of constant investigations, allegations of colluding with foreign adversarial governments to rig elections, being a foreign agent himself, and capped off with the weeks long run of farce, The Big Impeachment Show, House Democrats filed their bid to remove the president on….obstruction of congress and abuse of power.
The underwhelming charges, after such a protracted and intense partisan witch hunt against Donald Trump, reveal the true weakness of the Democrats’ entire anti-Trump narrative.

“[…] Nadler said the judiciary panel will introduce two articles “charging the president with high crimes and misdemeanors.” He said the first is dedicated to “abuse of power,” alleging the president has “exercised the powers of his office for his personal benefit while ignoring or injuring the public interest.” Nadler said Trump put himself before country while endangering national security and America’s democracy.
“Trump has engaged in unprecedented, categorical, and indiscriminate defiance of the impeachment inquiry,” Nadler added, as he announced the second article focused on obstruction of Congress.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who has led much of the inquiry, called impeachment “an extraordinary remedy.”
“He has given us no choice,” Schiff said of Trump. “To do nothing would make ourselves complicit in the president’s abuse of his high office.” […]”
TLDR: He defied them in their partisan witch hunt and that is grounds for removal via impeachment.
Part of the charges suggest the president acted against national security interests, which is not only a matter of pure opinion, but also the purview of the commander in chief. Note, also, that they’ve charged obstruction of congress, not justice. Why? Because the Democrats can frame any non-cooperation from the administration in a sham impeachment show as ‘obstruction.’ They whine that he won;t cooperate with their inquiry and then charge him with obstruction of congress.

Nadler just said that I “pressured Ukraine to interfere in our 2020 Election.” Ridiculous, and he knows that is not true. Both the President & Foreign Minister of Ukraine said, many times, that there “WAS NO PRESSURE.” Nadler and the Dems know this, but refuse to acknowledge!

If a duly elected president can be removed simply because the opposing political party doesn’t like him or his policies, then no president is ever safe from sudden removal in the future. It’s the antithesis of the constitutional structure of balance of powers that Democrats are pretending to laud in their recited speeches.
The silver lining may be that a trial in the Senate allows for so many more FACTS to be publicized that Democrats’ corruption becomes clear for all to see and the country can move on from the brink. Despite the pettiness of the Democrats’ attacks, impeachment is a serious matter. On such weak grounds it is threat to our Republic. It may be the most foreboding of all of Democrats’ projections thus far.
