RALEIGH – One of the most recognizable nodes of the Obama administration, his Attorney General Eric ‘Fast & Furious’ Holder, was in the Old North State Thursday to help guide Leftists seeking to overturn Republican victories through more redistricting lawsuits.
Holder is leading national efforts by Democrats to win, in court if necessary, enough control so that Democrats can be in charge of redistricting after the 2020 census. His effort is called ‘All On The Line’, backed by the National Democratic Redistricting Committee (which he chairs), because the Left recognizes that unless they can control maps in 2021, they have no chance.
They do all this as they feign commitment to ‘non-partisan’ and ‘independent’ redistricitng efforts.

“[…] Holder, who served under former President Barack Obama, met with activists in Raleigh and Greensboro. He’s chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, making him the Democratic Party’s point man on redistricting reform, gerrymandering lawsuits and state legislative fights heading into the 2020 elections.
Those elections will decide control of state legislatures, and thus a decade’s worth of election maps for legislative and congressional districts across the country. His group, with backing from the former president, has funded lawsuits and election campaigns with the overarching goal of electing Democrats and undoing maps his side sees as unfair Republican gerrymanders.
When that’s done, Holder said Thursday, he hopes to see nonpartisan redistricting reform take hold in more states. He said he favors an independent commission that takes the power away from elected officials to draw their own districts. […]”
By ‘taking power away from elected officials’ Holder means to give that power to activists with phony labels whose idea of ‘fairness’ is only in electing more Democrats. They are hard at work attempting to upend out electoral system until the get the ‘Tyranny of the Majority’ they seek.
Republicans here in North Carolina don’t much appreciate Holder stirring up ridiculous lawsuits aimed squarely at Republicans while having no interest at all in any Democratic examples of the gerrymandering he claims to be fighting against. Especially because Holder is openly acting on partisan means while also having the audacity to claim the haughty and deceptive mantel of ‘fairness.’
“[…] A spokesman for Senate President Pro Tem Phil Berger, with whom Holder sparred a bit on Twitter last month, asked Thursday “how many times Eric Holder has hosted a roundtable in blue states.”
“It’s probably equal to the number of blue states he’s sued, which is zero,” Pat Ryan said in an email. “Holder’s support for ‘fair maps’ is a phony front to help Democrats win more elections.” […]”
To Holder and the Democrats, ‘Fair Maps’ mean maps that yield more power for Democrats. The charges of racial or partisan gerrymandering have always been empty, because they are merely vehicles to get Democrats back in the driver’s seat so they can gerrymander to their hearts’ content.
Yet another reason for Republicans to stay on guard, mobilizing friends and family to the polls lest the Democrats sneak victories that could saddle us for years to come.
