RALEIGH – It’s becoming second nature for many business owners and operators in city centers around the country. It’s now routine in Raleigh. Businesses are boarding up their windows ahead of a planned Black Lives Matter ‘demonstration’ planned by Radically Woke activists who are billing the event as a ‘Night of Mischief.’
